A Heart That's Strong

To write a poem or sing a song;
To keep a home with love so strong;
To say a prayer and show you care;
To save another from despair.

To smile through tears when things go wrong,
Can only come from a heart that's strong.
Every heart is lifted much
That comes within it loving touch.

She does each day all the things she must,
And basks in the joy of a God she trusts.
A heart this strong belongs to a mother,
Who loves her children like no other.
