(NOTE:  Below, begins our Road Tour with The Porter Wagoner Show during
1963 in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Iowa and Minnesota, includes all of the
Wagonmasters.   Jimmy Martin includes all of The Sunny Mountain Boys.)

3/31 - Reynolds Auditorium in Winston Salem, NC, with the Porter Wagoner Show,
Shot Jackson, Melba Montgomery, Lee Miles and George Hamilton, IV.
(We did 2 shows here:  3:00 and 7:00 PM and had dinner at George's home.)
4/02 - Roanoke, VA, Roanoke Armory with the Porter Wagoner Show including all of the above
on the 3/31 show, plus Don Reno and Red Smiley and The Tennessee Cut-Ups.
5/20 - Altoona, PA, at the Shrine Mosque, locally known as Jaffe Mosque, Broad & 2nd Street
with Porter Wagoner Show and Hilo Brown.
5/21 -  New Castle, PA, Rajah Theatre, 136 N. 6th, with the Porter Wagoner Show, Norma Jean
and Hilo Brown.
5/24 -  York, PA, at William Penn High School with Porter Wagoner Show, Norma Jean and
Jimmy Martin.
June, 1963 - The Reece Sisters worked with promoters, Bruce and Dottie Freeman, on the
next show dates.
7/04 -  Burlington, Iowa, with the Porter Wagoner Show, Norma Jean, Jimmy Martin
and Lee Miles.
7/10 -  Davenport, Iowa, at Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds with the Porter Wagoner
Show, Norma Jean and Jimmy Martin.
7/11 -  Iowa City, Iowa at the 4-H Fairgrounds with the Porter Wagoner Show,
Norma Jean, Jimmy Martin and Paul Craft.
7/12 -  Cedar Rapids, Iowa with the Porter Wagoner Show and Norma Jean.
7/13 -  Dubuque, Iowa at Petrakis Park with The Porter Wagoner Show.
7/24 -  Nashville, TN - Appeared on the Porter Wagoner Television Show.   It was
taped and should be aired in September, 1963.  Here we met Minnie Pearl,
Little Jimmy Dickens, Bill Anderson and Wanda Jackson.
8/24 - The Cas Walker Show on KNOX radio in Knoxville, TN
9/12 - Rochester, MN, City Auditorium with the Porter Wagoner Show, Norma Jean
and Jimmy Martin.
9/13 - Waterloo, Iowa, at City Auditorium with the Porter Wagoner Show, Norma Jean
and Jimmy Martin.

On October 31, 1963, Georgia and Martha got married in a double ceremony on Martha's
birthday and our Mom and Dad's wedding anniversary as well.  Georgia married Jerry Dill
of Travelers Rest, SC, and Martha married N.J. Hall of Leesville, SC.  The Reece Sisters
retired then and are now living full lives, raising some wonderful children and grandchildren.

the Hardin-Aires Quartet (Rock Hill, SC)  and The Barnett Brothers Quartet (Spartanburg, SC),
sponsored by the McConnells Ruritan Club.
