| Is not this the fast that I have chosen? That you loose the bands of wickedness; Undo heavy burdens, let oppressed go free; That ye break every yoke of distress? Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry; Bring the poor and cast out to thy door? The Lord will be pleased, if you meet every need. And He will give you even more. Then thy light shall break forth as the morning. Thy health shall spring forth speedily. Thy righteousness shall go before you, And the glory of the Lord shall cover thee.
